    In the absence of an occupational risk management programme at Frenos Andinos, an intervention proposal is being implemented with the aim of improving workers’ health and safety conditions to prevent both accidents and occupational illnesses. The lack of such a programme poses a significant risk to both employees and the organisation, reducing productivity and increasing the incidence of workplace accidents. One of the main objectives of this programme is to implement an intervention plan focused on establishing an occupational risk management system within the company, in conjunction with the GTC-45 matrix, to identify potential hazards and risks. Furthermore, the programme will be designed and presented in a booklet serving as an interactive resource for raising awareness and knowledge among workers. In this way, the programme strengthens occupational risk management at Frenos Andino, promotes prevention and the well-being of workers in line with current legislation, and contributes to improving working conditions and organisational growth, whilst minimising accident rates and occupational illnesses.
