Item Identificar los factores decisivos en la rotación laboral en la cooperativa de ahorro y crédito San Miguel COOFISAMPedreros-Ramon, Joalber; Alvarez-Prada, Francy Carolina; Ariza-Matamoros, Liz-KatherineThe objective of this research project is to identify the factors that affect the labor turnover of the COOFISAM savings and credit cooperative, with 172 employees; with fifteen (15) offices in the department of Huila and two (2) in Tolima and its 60 years of operation. Well, there is evidence that, during the years 2019 and 2020, the cooperative presented high levels of rotation, more than 50%, generating feelings of uncertainty in organizational stability, increase in payroll costs and delay in processes and procedures. As one of the results of the investigation, it was identified that the incidence of rotation of the cooperative responds to factors such as the lack of reliability in continuity, the non-recognition of achievements, the lack of equity in salary remuneration, not allowing an employee participation, management favoritism towards a staff and the time required for work activities, which does not allow the development of personal life; possible internal causes are considered.
