    Diseño de una herramienta didáctica en finanzas personales que minimice la insatisfacción de los colaboradores de INTECPACK SAS por los pagos de salario mensual implementados desde el 2019

    Culturally, the Latin American population does not have good savings habits, so it is essential to have a healthy personal economy since the school age of the people, because this will allow them to have a comfortable and calm standard of living. This approach seeks to implement a lifestyle that allows the people to have control over their income and how to distribute it efficiently through a budget that includes savings, expenses, costs, debts and, why not, investments, making it clear that the problem is not how much money do you received but how it´s distributed. In this research, a pedagogical tool was socialized that allowed INTECPAK SAS employees to help them in the acquiring of savings habits and also suggest the implementation of a budget, and for this a mixed approach methodology has been used, through a descriptive investigation, which uses the survey as a data collection instrument, the tool formulated an analysis and a recommendation to solve the problematic more effectively by changing the payroll date: biweekly to monthly. This booklet was shared through virtual training, revealing fifteen (15) habits to improve personal finances, and how to execute an ideal budget, which is adapted to the needs of the INTECPACK SAS collaborators according to the information collected in the instrument.
