    La comunicación efectiva como mejora en la experiencia de los colaboradores en las organizaciones actuales

    This research analyzes the importance of effective communication in organizations, and indicates which strategies can be implemented to improve the experience of internal customers in the functions they perform and how to establish efficient communication methods to increase the good results and the fulfillment of internal objectives, improving the performance and productivity of employees. Through the documentary review, each of the characteristics of communication and how it should be implemented in the organizational environment is identified, the importance and benefits of establishing effective and timely communications and reducing reprocesses through the different communication channels established by the leaders and managers of the organizations are exposed. In the development of this research, the quantitative methodology is applied to analyze the amount of documents found that provide information to the problem raised. It is determined that there is still a lack of more research on this topic, however, the studies found highlight the deepening of the research carried out to date. In organizations, strategies are applied according to technological and methodological advances, thus improving communication between the organization and its collaborators.
