Item Creación de un modelo de evaluación de desempeño para la empresa G Barco S AOchoaJimenez, MagalyDelCarmen; MartinezBenitez, MarianYanneth; AgudeloTorres, AngieMilena; Ariza, Liz KatherineThe present degree project entitled "Creation of a performance evaluation model for the company G. Barco S.A" was carried out, in which a methodology called 180° is proposed that allows an evaluation of Labor performance by competence, adapted to the Structure of the organization. The model highlights the importance of carrying out the test to potentiate human capital, starting a fundamental process of improvement and strengthening of the other processes. Likewise, the versatility of the proposed work strategy allows it to be adjusted to the needs of the company and thus provide the project's collaborators with a series of feedback and communication spaces within their functional areas. In the same way and in consensus with the company's human talent management, the evaluation criteria were established according to the functions of the collaborators, knowledge of the company, teamwork and compliance with the objectives. Additionally, through a pilot test, the need to implement job performance evaluation throughout the organization was evidenced, identifying the request to establish improvement actions for employees and in the same way create a job recognition program as a motivational factor that allows diagnosing the training needs and establishing improvement interventions in the work of the project participants.
