Un Reto en la Retención de Personal Frente a las Nuevas Generaciones en emtelco, BogotáAcuña Molina, Luis Alfredo; Rueda Paez, Maria Camila; Ariza-Matamoros, Liz KatherineThe interesting part in this project is based on the understanding of the job rotation in companies and identifying how to create action plans for employee’s retention, keeping in mind the generation focuses and how they can be determining inside the organization. If Action Plans are generated, they can give a radical solution for mitigating premature job rotation from preferences that will engage employees to guarantee their continuity. Within organizations it is important to give priority to being, working life tends to have a tendency to meet profiles in a quantitative way, how many meet the academy, how many with experience, how many people are hired and everything qualitative is left in a Secondly, as companies, value offers must be generated, betting on talent and how to ensure that, through the psychology of happiness, employees do not rotate early due to not knowing how to retain them. This, however, must be an aspirational project, it must be landed with the projection of what moves our teams, in this way it will be possible to have a successful company in terms of results and humanity.
