Item Analizar las causas de Rotación del Personal administrativo en la empresa del sector público, ubicada en Chico/Norte de Bogotá, entre el 2022-2023.Acevedo-Ramón, Fredy; Ariza-Chacón, Alix; Candiek-Yance, Jader David; Cruz-Garzón, Yeimy Paola; Ariza-Matamoros, Liz KatherineThis research project aims to analyze the causes of administrative staff turnover in a public sector company located in Chico, North area of Bogotá, during the period between 2022 and 2023. Staff turnover is a common problem in organizations and can have negative impacts on productivity and job stability. The study will collect qualitative data through retirement interviews and analysis of internal company data. The objective is to propose improvement strategies based on the results of the interviews with a direct impact on staff turnover in the administrative area. The survey, among other results shows that in the year 2022, a significant percentage of collaborators made a voluntary retirement from the company, after working for one year in it. The survey data showed that the main reasons for retirement are better job offers. Based on the analysis carried out in this research project, a series of recommendations have been identified to minimize this problem, especially with regard to voluntary withdrawals. It is essential to define the functions and requirements of the job, establishing communication and feedback mechanisms recognizing the achievements of collaborators and providing opportunities for professional growth. In addition, healthy work environments must be promoted, providing training, building benefit plans and ensuring that employees have the necessary tools to perform their duties.
