    Implementación Área de Bienestar Laboral en la Empresa Soporte Lógico

    The purpose of this research work was to create a proposal for the implementation of the labor welfare area in the Logical Support organization, based on certain difficulties that afflicted its collaborators within the workplace and their functions, generating in each of them a lack of motivation in their performance and a deterioration in their emotional stability, which is why it is sought through this implementation proposal to contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of all members of the company. For this, it was necessary to define a methodological design, based on a descriptive approach, under a documentary exploration - Correlational, allowing to define the study hypothesis as a tentative explanation of the study phenomenon; the variables (dependent - independent - intervening), and their operationalization were taken into account; the study sample was established (168 employees of the Logical Support company of the city of Bogotá). The research process was carried out in 4 phases (diagnosis, design, presentation of the proposal, conclusions). For the collection of information, the questionnaires or surveys, addressed to bosses and collaborators, were taken into account, these collected data were statistically graphed allowing a better analysis of the information; As a result of the proposed implementation of the labor welfare area in the organization, it was possible to determine that thanks to this type of project, the work environment in an organization can be improved, which in turn generates a positive impact for both the collaborator and the company since it encourages the fulfillment of objectives by both parties.
