Diagnóstico del clima organizacional de la empresa de transportes Sotram s. a y planteamiento de propuesta para disminuir el índice de rotación de personal.

The diagnosis of the organizational climate of the transport company Sotram S.A was made through a survey based on the instrument for measuring the organizational climate of Carlos Méndez. The results of this survey show weaknesses in the control method of the company, corroborate the high percentage of staff turnover, which according to the results is being caused by the low satisfaction of workers with the control method used which consists of the value of produce that must be delivered taking into account that at least 5 trips must be made with 19 passengers going up and 19 going down, carrying out two routes that are Madrid-Bogotá Cl 13 and Madrid-Bogotá Cl 80, several drivers have value mismatches of the produced and whereby they are allowed an error rate of 2 passengers per trip, but they don´t agree with this method of control, additionally they express not feeling that there is equity in the economic bonuses therefore a strategy of a system of bonuses with intrinsic factors as acknowledgments, additionally present shortcomings in the communications whereby they suggest doing regular meetings and also a suggestion box to take into account the opinion of the workers.
