The project presents an improvement plan for the company Gate Marketing Group SAS, which establishes a program for the implementation of the PDCA cycle through the NTC-ISO 9001: 2015 in which tools were identified that favor the improvement of the quality in the processes and in the service taking into account the identification of the existing problems within the company in order to act and improve the service provided, that is, that a continuous improvement plan was designed in order to improve and optimize the processes, in such a way to register the objectives of the company as well as to improve the quality in the service.
