    Propuesta Estratégica para la Gestión del Sistema de Inventario de la Empresa Distriaseo Productos Líderes, en la ciudad de Bogotá, D.C.

    The purpose of this project is to make a proposal for improvement, applying the administrative process; focusing on the management and operation of the company Distriaseo Leading Products. Through diagnostic tools and administrative analysis, with the aim of increasing inventory rotation, leaving it at 3 times a year, since it is currently twice a year; With this, they will be able to facilitate decision-making, in turn improve the financial, investment and utility situation available to the company, the objective is to identify the procedures that require continuous improvement (KAIZEN) and stimulate these changes. Initially, it was decided to collect the internal information of the company to identify its current situation and thus propose the applicability of the proposal (inventory system). It is a fundamental part in the qualitative and quantitative aspects, to solve the research question: ¿What is the inventory management system for the company Distriaseo Leading Products? Through the organizational tools, the main interest groups (STAKEHOLDERS), directly and indirectly involved, are analyzed; the matrix of internal factors (MEFI), matrix of evaluation of external factors (MEFE), cross-strategy matrix (DOFA), the five (5) forces of PORTER, interviews were additionally conducted with the workers of the organization in which they agreed on the importance of the application of the proposal.
