    The objective of this document is to carry out an analysis of the administrative competences applied to businesses related to sport, at a recreational or competitive level, starting from the identification of particularities in the operational functioning of this type of company in comparison with business models in other sectors. For this, the research question has been planned: What administrative competencies are applied to direct business models linked to sport? In order to answer this question, the research is framed within the methodology of a compilation monograph, in which, by means of a previous literature review, it is initially sought to establish differences between the sports company and other types of company, in order to In this way, make a description of the specific competencies to have on the part of a sports administrator, which include the management of hard skills which include the knowledge of administrative bases, combined with the personality characteristics necessary to carry out an effective leadership when interior of these organizational.
