For this reason, strategic objectives that lead to the search for viable solutions to problems found are created. In the same way, is taken as reference management and planning from different concepts of authors, to be tools that are conducive to the achievement of objectives and therefore, the continuous improvement of the organizations. On the other hand, used the case study as a type of research that defines the population and shows tackled for a better analysis. Therefore, this work includes the component discipline which describes the concept of organization, purpose, business review, as well as its location and facilities. Also, modules of economic environment, strategic management, management of human talent, corporate social responsibility and corporate governance, financial management, market, negotiation and conflict management, management and competitiveness are finishing with operations and logistics. The second chapter develops the disciplinary component that integrates each one of the areas of the organization such as the area of markets, financial, human talent, logistics, etc. Using the tools acquired in class, a revision is made to each of the areas of the company Comercializadora Llano Moreno SAS, finding different flaws that significantly affect the growth and development of the organization, and do not allow be recognized and be competitive with other companies engaged in similar activities. Comercializadora Llano Moreno SAS, is a marketer of pineapple grown in the plains Orientals of Colombia, their offices are located in the neighborhood of the Bogota fairs. HE performs analysis in the company's process where opportunities for improvement are identified in the different processes that they develop. His vision is "to be a company reliable, that generates credibility to its customers, workers, shareholders and the community in general, standing out in the steel market at the national level, producing new and better products, technologically renewing the main production processes, applying an integral management focused on the prevention of risks in quality, environment, health and safety, in the continuous improvement of its performance and performance. Figurados y Mallas currently has a range of action concentrated in Bogotá and part of the savannah of Cundinamarca. Its economic activity is the manufacture and marketing of products such as corrugated bars, figurative iron and electro welded mesh, the latter being its flagship products, which has a high reputation in the market for its high quality standards. The company belongs to the secondary sector of the country's economy, more specifically to the construction sector, which in recent years has played a very important role because of the contributions it makes to GDP, characterized by a continuous growth due in large part to the processes of modernization of the nation's infrastructure with civil works of great magnitude, on the other hand due to the great demand of buildings destined for housing has been another factor that has contributed to boost the economy, counting on both public and private investment. When making the diagnosis, and according to each module studied, it is possible to identify a series of problems present in the daily processes of the company; strategic management as a backbone is applied with the aim of seeking greater competitiveness, financial stability, and market growth. The development of the research took into account two components: the investigative, and the disciplinary, the latter has as main purpose to generate a proposal that includes changes, modifications and executable action plans that take the company to levels of stability. This project has a purpose and is to highlight the importance of the different areas that make up the company, and its relationship with the achievement of goals set by the administration; teamwork, assertive communication and a clear vision, produces clear ways of where the market is going. There a methodological investigation was carried out by means of two thematic axes; one the investigative component and the other the disciplinary one. In the research component, a strategic diagnosis was made, improvement proposals, indicators of measurement and monitoring for an integral development of the company are mentioned. Likewise, in the disciplinary component a detailed analysis of the company is made, both in the internal and external areas, identifying the weaknesses, opportunities, threats and strengths. Achieving administrative evidence of the current state of the company. Now, in the first place a diagnosis of the current situation of the company will be made, knowing the needs of each of the areas, and thus propose some improvement alternatives, to then inform the Manager and the Board of Partners in order to take the decision to be implemented or not. On the other hand, the method currently used in the company and the causes for which the process is susceptible to an improvement in its effectiveness will be announced. Likewise, each one of the components of the specialization in Business Management of La Universitaria Agustiniana will be developed, implementing said knowledge in the development of this project in the chosen company. In order to execute this judgment, an introduction to the consulting process is carried out through a research component, where all the aspects directly related to the research and the frame of reference that serves as support for the exercise are found. Subsequently, in the disciplinary component, there is a series of modules that allow analyzing, diagnosing and proposing particular improvements in each one of the functional areas such as logistics, financial or human talent of the company. The MMGO matrix of the EAN university is used as the main tool, this tool allows the company to know in a particular and general way, how is its level of competitiveness compared to the most important processes of its operation, as well as how it can improve in the management of many aspects that directly influence the development and projection of the organization in the future. The present investigation aims to perform a diagnosis of the company through tools designed for the analysis of internal and external aspects that comprise a company, with the aim of proposing an action plan for the continuous improvement of the organization. The project covers different areas of study that allow knowing the organization from different aspects and is divided into two chapters, research component and component discipline, the first is composed of question problem, objectives, theoretical framework, framework methodological and contextualization of the company, the second is the disciplinary component in it find the analysis of the different areas of study, they are taken as different references authors such as Idalberto Chiavenato and Michael Porter, who attach great importance to planning strategic, that is why the proposed improvement proposed in this research has solid, which will contribute to the development and growth of the company under study. The action plan is designed for the continuous improvement of Hammerhead, providing support to management for more assertive decision making and better business management, always in the search to be more competitive and recognized in the market.Item Propuesta estratégica para el mejoramiento de la empresa Lácteos el Portillo Ltda.Preciado Villegas, Johan David; Valderrama Borda, Wilmer Libardo; Torres Gutierrez, Raul Andres; Avellaneda Avellaneda, Zulma JuliethIn the strategic plan for the continuous improvement of Lácteos El Portillo Ltda, several relevant issues are taken into account, such as the analysis and assessment of the company, which in summary is a producer and marketer of dairy products, with a 22 years experience in the market, which meets quality standards and is recognized by the food sector in the city of Bogotá, especially in the south For the analysis of the conditions of the company Lácteos El Portillo, a series of matrices are implemented, such as MMGO, SWOT analysis and others that are used as aids to have a broader view of reality, allowing the identification of possible aspects to improve in the company and likewise to investigate in a concrete way, what is the method to fulfill and develop all the internal and external processes as a business. Based on the diagnosis, objectives and actions are proposed to ensure that Lácteos El Portillo remains in force in the market as a solid and strong company in the face of competition. A series of objectives is complemented with actions, execution times, estimated costs and resources to use, seeking to execute the project in a real way with the consent of the legal representative, the management and the board of directors. Competing with quality and good processes, an effective work plan will be developed with the greatest possible objectivity for the success of this project and that of the company.Item Propuesta estratégica para el mejoramiento de la empresa PlastikDominguez Cruz, Duvan Camilo; Reina Calderon, Edna Melissa; Avellaneda Avellaneda, Zulma JuliethPlastik, is a company dedicated to the manufacture of plastic containers, where the highest quality standards are used, to cover the needs of the food and industrial sectors. Primarily, the problem that has been presented by the company at the moment, is that it does not have an organizational structure, a manual of positions and functions and a system of control and management of inventories, which allows them to have a command and an adequate government with base to the Strategic Administration. Thus, the objectives that have been proposed for the due development of the following project will be: to prepare a diagnosis, make different proposals for improvement and the implementation of indicators, to analyze and solve the different shortcomings that the company is presenting, using tools such as MMGO matrix, MPC, SWOT, among others. That is why, the research methodology that was carried out in the company Plastik, was qualitative with a focus on case study, where an assessment of the current scenario was achieved, identifying those flaws that the organization has and addressing Theoretical categories such as: strategic management, organizational structure, manual of charges and inventory management. The modules of the disciplinary component that were addressed during the development of the integrating project were: Strategic Management, Economic Environment and Competitiveness, Human Talent Management, Market Management, Negotiation and Conflict Management, Operations Management.
