In this work it is a proposal of strategic planning in human resources for the company MYS Capacitaciones en Seguridad Ltda., Which goes from its internal analysis of the operation through interviews with each of the employees and managers, determining internal causes and problems that hinder the development of the different processes of the company. Finding in this review a bad work environment among workers because of not having standardized their role and functions within the organization, which impairs the proper functioning of the processes and in turn finds an organization chart that does not correspond to current positions. Given this scenario, it is important to propose a tool that allows the development of actions to improve the work environment and retain the internal customer who are the image of MYS Training to external clients and thus achieve a market position that will allow them to obtain better results in the face of the current market Keywords: strategic planning, internal client, loyalty, work environment.
