Propuesta de un Programa de Cultura Preventiva y Autocuidado, en el Hotel Mirador del Recuerdo S.A.S.

The purpose of this study was to design a Preventive Culture and Self-Care Program for Hotel Mirador del Recuerdo S.A.S., aimed at strengthening healthy lifestyle habits and reducing risk factors among employees. To this end, an organizational diagnosis was conducted using the FANTÁSTICO Test, administered to all 12 employees. This allowed for a comprehensive evaluation of different lifestyle dimensions, such as physical activity, nutrition, stress management, and self-care behaviors. The results showed that the company is generally at a "good" level, with an average score of 77, reflecting the presence of healthy practices among most employees. However, opportunities for improvement were identified in specific areas such as physical activity, nutrition, and some behavioral traits. Similarly, no critical risk levels were recorded, providing a favorable foundation for strengthening preventive measures. Based on these results, the "Vital Balance" program was designed, focused on promoting healthy habits and strengthening the preventive culture, contributing to comprehensive wellbeing, reducing absenteeism and ensuring the long-term smooth operation of the hotel.
