A focus on operational efficiency and decision making.Arciniegas-Valero, Anderson Andrei; Rodriguez-Mejía, Lorena Yulier; Rivera-Jimenez, Nelly Katherine; Laura Diaz OspinaThis project arose from a clear need at JEOPROBE S.A.S.: to move from chaos to structure. The goal is not simply to organize paperwork, but to design a document control system based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard that transforms informal practices into strategic and efficient processes. To achieve this, we immersed ourselves in the actual operations. Through interviews with the administrative team and direct observation in the areas with the highest data volume, we identified that the lack of control was causing rework and disrupting internal workflow.
