| dc.description | La propuesta para el diseño del sistema de gestión de calidad basados en la norma ISO 9001:2015 para la empresa SKP consultancy, permite desarrollar temas relevantes para el crecimiento de la misma, creando estrategias basadas en el ciclo PHVA, mapa de procesos, caracterizaciones, entre otros, que van a permitir a la compañía ser más competitiva en el sector de facilities, suministrando herramientas para el cumplimiento de la, misión, la visión, los objetivos y la promesa al cliente. Todo estos deben estar dentro de del enfoque de la norma, siendo aplicables desde el inicio de las operaciones comerciales, pasando por toda la cadena productiva y de implementación, para finalizar en el acompañamiento y servicio post- venta al cliente. | es_ES |
