| dc.description | Este proyecto se desarrolla para la empresa Plasti herrajes del Quindío, al ver la necesidad que la empresa tenga un sistema de gestión implementado que le permita organizar inicialmente 5 procesos y se tenga mayor control de la operación y actividades que se realizan a diario. Después de analizar y hacer una autoevaluación interna de la empresa determinamos que la pregunta problema es ¿Cómo mejorar el servicio y los procesos de Plasti herrajes del Quindío a través de la implementación de un sistema de gestión de calidad? Con base en esta realizamos investigación tipo cualitativo, ya que analizamos a fondo el comportamiento interno de la empresa en búsqueda de plantear y organizar procesos los cuales al ser ejecutados por individuos son afectados por variables cualitativas, actitudes, servicio al cliente, clima laboral entre otros, los cuales son aspectos que influyen en los procesos de la organización y los cuales serán la base para la implementación del sistema de gestión de calidad objeto de este trabajo. Entonces, encontramos que la empresa está en un estado de quietud, la idea siempre de una empresa es lograr un crecimiento anual de manera controlada que permita generar mayores ingresos a cada una de las partes interesadas. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This project has been developed for the company Plasti Herrajes del Quindío, seeing the need for the company to have a management system implemented that allows to organize 5 processes and have bigger control of the operation and activities that are carried out daily. After analyzing and doing an internal self-assessment of the company, we determined that the problem question is: How to improve the service and processes of Plasti herrajes del Quindío through the implementation of a quality management system? Based on this, we made qualitative research, we were finding out the internal behavior of the company in search of proposing and setting up processes which, when they’re executed by individuals, are affected by qualitative variables, attitudes, customer service, work environment, among others, which are aspects that influence the processes of the organization and which will be the basis for the implementation of the quality management system object of this Project.
