dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo se enfoca en el diseño de un sistema de medición que permita evaluar el nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios de la EPS capital salud partiendo de la percepción de la calidad en el servicio, a nivel de EPS los indicadores de satisfacción en el servicio son indicadores críticos para la mejora continua en un entorno donde las EPS actúan como articuladores de los accesos básicos de salud y tener un instrumento que nos permita cuantificar ese nivel de experiencia del usuario se vuelve estratégico para fortalecer la fidelización, tratamientos y la confianza institucional en el país.
dc.description.abstractThis work focuses on the design of a measurement system to evaluate the level of satisfaction of users of the EPS Capital Salud health insurance company, based on their perception of service quality. At the EPS level, service satisfaction indicators are critical for continuous improvement in an environment where EPSs act as facilitators of access to basic healthcare. Having an instrument that allows us to quantify this level of user experience becomes strategic for strengthening loyalty, treatment, and institutional trust in the country.
