dc.descriptionEste proyecto nace de una necesidad clara en JEOPROBE S.A.S.: pasar del desorden a la estructura. El objetivo no es solo organizar papeles, sino diseñar un sistema de control documental bajo el estándar ISO 9001:2015 que convierta las prácticas informales en procesos estratégicos y eficientes. Para lograrlo, nos sumergimos en la operación real. A través de entrevistas con el equipo administrativo y observación directa en las áreas con mayor carga de datos, identificamos que la falta de control estaba provocando reprocesos y afectando el ritmo interno.
dc.description.abstractThis project arose from a clear need at JEOPROBE S.A.S.: to move from chaos to structure. The goal is not simply to organize paperwork, but to design a document control system based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard that transforms informal practices into strategic and efficient processes. To achieve this, we immersed ourselves in the actual operations. Through interviews with the administrative team and direct observation in the areas with the highest data volume, we identified that the lack of control was causing rework and disrupting internal workflow.
