Diseño de un programa inclusivo para la educación infantil de la población Wayuu de Maicao

Abstract

This research aims to design an inclusive program focused on strengthening early childhood education within the Wayuu community of the municipality of Maicao, located in the department of La Guajira, Colombia. Education is a fundamental human right and a key factor in children's holistic development, as it promotes the formation of citizens who are capable of addressing the social, cultural, and economic challenges of their environment. In this context, it is essential to promote strategies that ensure access to education, school retention, and high-quality educational opportunities for children belonging to vulnerable Indigenous communities.
