| dc.description | Avícola del Tequendama M S.A.S, es la empresa objeto de investigación del presente trabajo. La organización está dedicada a la distribución de pollo despostado y entero para puntos de venta (asaderos), el proceso que se realiza dentro de la empresa es la recolección del producto entregado por parte de los proveedores, la clasificación por peso de acuerdo con el pedido del cliente y la distribución o entrega al cliente final. Esta por su parte presenta procesos de calidad en cuanto a inocuidad de sus productos y sus buenas prácticas de manufactura, pero sin contar con una certificación. El presente trabajo busca la creación de un sistema de gestión de calidad para la misma, basados en la ISO 9001:2015, que permita la estandarización de sus procesos y el compromiso por parte de toda la organización, para generar un trabajo en equipo que contribuya a la satisfacción de las necesidades del cliente y la fidelización de los mismos. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Avícola Del Tequendama M S.A.S is the company under investigation of this work. The organization is dedicated to the distribution of deposed chicken and whole for points of sale (grills) the process that realizes inside the company is the recollection of the product delivered by part of the suppliers, the classification by weight according to the order of the client and the distribution or delivery to the final customer. This in turn presents processes of quality in terms of safety of their products and good manufacturing practices, but without having a certification. The present work seeks the creation of a quality management system for it, based on ISO 9001: 2015, which allows the standardization of its processes and the commitment of the entire organization, to generate a teamwork that contributes to the satisfaction of the client's needs and the loyalty of them. | es_ES |
