Abstract

The Laboratorio Clinic Carriazo SAS, is a simplified joint stock company, dedicated to the provision of services of taking and processing of basic and specialized clinical samples, has a history in the market of less than two years, in which its focus has been to become a leading company in diagnostic support services in the Sincelejo region, however one of its greatest challenges at an organizational level is to have a quality management system where all its processes are standardized and articulated, since at present There is no interrelation and uniformity, therefore it is not allowed to have an analysis methodology, risks and traceability, there is no security in the information systems, making them vulnerable to being manipulated and the procedures for analyzing and interpreting data in terms of quality are null, these shortcomings have made it possible to clearly identify that the company requires the implementation of a n quality management system, which according to the proposal will be based on the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, prioritizing the problems identified, recognizing the causes and mitigating the risk.
