Abstract

After the outbreak of a disease caused by a new coronavirus (COVID­19) worldwide, the economic situation of the company Onnera Colombia SAS was affected since production activities were paused, having to reduce its warehouse by 80% and remain with a large inventory of spare parts but it is not optimal. Which requires the design of an WMS that allows the correct management of spare parts inventory and provide an efficient response to the client, this is obtained with a survey of existing inventory of spare parts with the SIIGO program which is not ideal for handling of inventories, with the help of the post­sale staff, the process diagrams are built from the moment the client requests the quotation to the dispatch of the products. The ABC classification is carried out in order to identify the products with the highest demand and thus structure the WMS that works as ERP in order to obtain total control of the administrative and productive processes of the company
