Propuesta de producto turístico de bienestar lúdico recreativo en San Francisco, Cundinamarca para la comunidad fitness

Abstract

The present work aims to show wellness tourism as an innovative and differentiating tourism, for people who lead a healthy lifestyle, in addition to achieving a balance with mind and body, this tourism is within the health tourism branch and is divided into two recreational and holistic categories, the project focuses on the recreational segment, this is characterized by activities outside the routine, such as sauna, thalassotherapy, Jacuzzi among others, besides being chosen the municipality of San Francisco as it has several tourist attractions such as Lago Verde, Alto de la Virgen, Jardín Encantado which are suitable for the development of wellness tourism. With this project a proposal of recreational wellness tourism product in San Francisco, Cundinamarca for the fitness community, characterizing the demand of the community and identifying whether it performs wellness tourism, the main activities that are practiced and the main reason for leading a fitness lifestyle, were also defined the tourist attractions of the municipality, to determine if they are conducive to the development of wellness tourism, finally the design of a tourist wellness product was realized with different activities such as thalassotherapy, hydro massage, yoga that have a benefit for the balance of the physical and mental health of the fitness community.
