Item Glofer Panadería: Intervención de Responsabilidad SocialZamora-Barretta, María De Los ÁngelesThe following is a work of social responsibility carried out by students of the Agustiniana University, which will focus on creating templates, regulations and manuals to be applied in the Glofer bakery. The present work will be organized in a way that will guide the reader through the process that we have carried out, it will be a step by step and will remain as a record, a guide that can be used to illuminate future works of social responsibility that feel lost in the subject. They will be guided in this document, from what Glofer Bakery is, its aims and aspirations, how its social responsibility gaps were found and the step by step solution to each of them.
