Item Análisis del impacto de sustituir pitillos plásticos por biodegradables en una empresa de servicios de Alimentos & Bebidas, Caso Centro de Convenciones El Cubo, BogotáFrade Ariza, Alis Manuela; Parra Patarroyo, Cristian Felipe; León, MauricioTaking into account the problem of pollution facing the planet and much of the pollution produced is due to the consumption and poor handling of plastic whose components take a long time to decompose and within the industries one of the most used by plastic is the industry of the hotel industry and tourism and especially in its department of food and beverages with the use of plastic products made of polypropylene, this being a synthetic fiber of the most resistant at the time of degradation, among the most used utensils is the plastic cigarette which is an element that is given a time use no more than an hour and then is released to landfills or failing to hydrological currents that eventually flow into the sea affecting thousands of animal species in its passage for each ecosystem; the time comes to look for solutions to curb this contamination, which is why many environmental groups emerge with campaigns of responsible consumption and proper management of waste. These are insufficient strategies to stop this situation, which is why it is intended that from the hotel and Tourism has an empowerment and commitment to be direct participants in search of the solution.
