Item Estudio del perfil profesional de Hotelería y Turismo en BogotáAlonso-Patino, Rosmery Yolanda; Paredes Murcia, AndrésThe main objective of this project is to study the professional profile of Hospitality and Tourism due to the lack of experience of the graduates of the program and to improve the professional profile and compare the study plans of the universities of the city of Bogotá. where evidence of the tourism sector is evident, in addition to not focusing on teaching the GDS systems since it is vitally important to have knowledge to enter working life. This study is carried out with the help of the descriptive research method by means of surveys carried out on graduates and interviews with professionals who work in Hotels and Travel Agencies who speak of the lack of experience and knowledge of the graduate. the sociological perspective where several authors speak and define a professional as a person with the capacities and characteristics necessary to meet the needs.
