Item Representación de la discapacidad visual en el cine de drama contemporáneo a través de las películas, La mujer milagro (1931), Ray (2004) y 23 Blast (2013)Sarmiento-Moreno, Julián David; Galindo, YamidThe central objective of this document is to analyze and determine the narrative and photographic characteristics that allow us to see how visual impairment has been represented in contemporary drama films such as Miracle Woman (Capra, 1931), Ray (Hackford, 2004), and 23 Blast (Baker, 2013), in order to arrive at a concrete and accurate application of this perspective to the animatic "Deja Vu." This research reveals the support and resources available to people with visual impairments, highlighting the inconsistent and inconsistent forms of social inclusion they have faced. Miracle Woman (Capra, 1931) is one of the first representations of visual impairment in contemporary drama cinema. Since then, several films have applied diverse techniques and stories to show us the difficulties they face in their daily lives and their development of personal growth in society. In addition to analyzing the films Ray (Hackford, 2004) and 23 Blast (Baker, 2013), we will also analyze them to improve our understanding of the topic and thus be able to apply the characteristics and results found in the proposed cinematography and narration of the animatic "Deja Vu".
