El uso de la bicicleta un aporte al aprendizaje significativo, en la asignatura de proyecto de vida de la Escuela rural de la Vereda Lagunitas

Education in rural sectors offers a wide range of possibilities that make it possible to provide meaning the different knowledge shared between students, teachers and the community in general. Based on the above, this work aims to establish how the use of the bicycle can contribute to a meaningful learning of the Life Project subject in the students of the Lagunitas village school. To carry out the above, the method that the teacher school was conducting with his students; the traditional of it did not allow significant advances in the understanding and experience of the contents of the subject, that is why that the use of the bicycle is proposed as a contribution that leads to resignifying the content-themes and thus promoting a work articulated with the daily experiences that are of great value for the students. The current proposal is structured under the theoretical approach in a very general way of the theory of meaningful learning, an approach to the use of the bicycle as a resource that contributes to learning and the importance of the life project in people, in this case children.
La escritura creativa: una estrategia para mejorar la producción escrita en inglés

This research had the objective improve the English writing process in seventh grade students of Augustinian Suba School using a creative writing workshop, instrument that permit identify the advances in this process, in the way that students can understand in their self the principal criterial to evaluate the writings productions, taking in to account rules, coherence and cohesion. This study star with a diagnostic test where found the problems that students had in their writing productions, then it was applicate the first test as a validation of the instruments and acquired more clarity about the difficulties found in the diagnostic test. Taking in to account the last ideas in this research born the creative writing workshop, compound by three activities duly analyzes and reflected with the students to understand the mistakes and can do an excellent English writing production with the idea to be clear and coherence for the future reader.

Among the modules that make up this work, there are the following: Process design and management, Neuromarketing, Strategic quality verification, Corporate social responsibility, Management Excellence, Quality Competitiveness and innovation, Continuous Improvement, Monitoring and quality measurement and Integration of quality I and II. Each module contains a study on the activities carried out by the company in order to strengthen its activity and ensure its permanence in the market. Nowdays, as a result of a globalized world everything happens in an accelerated way is why it is necessary to have processes, strategies and tools which contribute to an optimal results. In the business field, it is essential to develop activities that, in addition to being used to financially improve companies, contribute to optimum overall development. When speaking of taxes in Colombia, a country in which tax reforms are frequent, it is necessary to have adequate planning which minimizes the impact of these changes in tax matters and facilitates the handling, declaration and payment of taxes. In the present work the tax planning of the industry and commerce tax will be developed for the company Translider SA, for this they will begin to define essential elements which give clarity for the compression of this one, will mention general aspects that strengthen the concept of planning and the need for it, will identify the weaknesses of the company in tax matters that contribute to not correctly presenting the industry and commerce tax, the tax will be settled based on financial information obtained and projections will be made for the years 2017-2018 ; finally, conclusions and recommendations will be given that are useful not only for the company but also for the sector in general.

Learning processes will always have dynamics to update, it is well known that generations are changing, and methodological proposals must be in tune with the needs that are required. However, the term meaningful learning has been a constant for a long time, since that it represents an intentional learning process; where rote learning processes are blurred and knowledge interrelation positions are questioned, where interests are manifested in applying what has been learned in different contexts and situations; giving priority to the processes of development of skills and abilities through significant experiences. In this article, we want to share the comparative deployment of the study of 4 significant experiences classified by The Ministry of National Education and applied in different places in Colombia vs. David Ausubel's theory, alluding to a series of characteristics that classify and promote significant dynamics in the classroom, thus generating an invitation to recognize the importance of the activities that are projected in the different academic spaces and their incidence in the learning process.

For the development of this work, the periods in which the presentation of the income tax was not made to the national tax and customs directorate - DIAN, the fiscal, civil and criminal regulations that frame the consequences and were identified in tax evasion and avoidance, in order to establish the economic and financial impact for ABP Consultores y Asociados SAS and the significance in public finances as well as in public spending and its efficiency in complying with fiscal policies in Colombia which are those that directly affect.
Estrategias Y Planes Para La Empresa Volvo Group Colombia Sas

This project was carried out in the company Volvo Group S.A.S, dedicated to import and export different kinds of vehicles, parts and spare parts, guaranteeing the necessary supplies for them. There a methodological investigation was carried out by means of two thematic axes; one the investigative component and the other the disciplinary one. In the research component, a strategic diagnosis was made, improvement proposals, indicators of measurement and monitoring for an integral development of the company are mentioned. Likewise, in the disciplinary component a detailed analysis of the company is made, both in the internal and external areas, identifying the weaknesses, opportunities, threats and strengths. Achieving administrative evidence of the current state of the company. Based on this, an improvement plan is proposed with its respective monitoring of the control, measurement and evaluation of said findings.

This project is carried out in order to propose an improvement plan focused on digital and traditional marketing for the San José Sailing Rooms funeral home. Seeing the low activity and low digital management that the funeral home has employed in offering its services, we have decided to apply what we have learned in the specialization strategic marketing management, proposing positioning, product and communication strategies; which will be carried out through the formation of business alliances, activations in the municipalities, and strengthening of digital tools key to the success and fulfillment of the goals set out in the proposal for the city of Nieva, and municipalities of the Huila department such as Gigante, Garzón, Aipe and Hobo. All this with the objective and waiting for results that show the increase of affiliates of the company, its positioning and participation in the funeral market to achieve competitive advantages and make the company more profitable.

The present work makes an analysis which allows to develop a series of proposals, from the organizational chart of the company, the process map through a process design, its macroprocesses, the characterization of the client, the critical factors for the search of the excellence based on the EFQM model, the awareness towards the organization of the importance of social responsibility with the relevant parties, a strategic verification of quality through an internal audit proposal to identify weaknesses, strengths and aspects to improve .
Explorando la creatividad plástica a través de la Cianotipia: Un Taller Pedagógico

The cyanotype workshop aims to foster plastic creativity and the development of artistic skills in young people aged 18 to 35 interested in photography and art. Through a methodology based on experimentation with artistic materials and alternative photographic techniques, the workshop seeks to create a collaborative learning environment where participants can share ideas, make joint decisions, and reflect on their creative process. Cyanotype, as a revitalized historical technique, not only enriches artistic skills but also strengthens interpersonal relationships, promoting an inclusive and enriching space. To validate the workshop's hypothesis, an experience systematization will be conducted after its completion, evaluating the impact in terms of creativity and group dynamics. This practical approach counters the theoretical methods prevalent in non-formal education, allowing participants to experiment without fear of failure. By integrating artistic practices like cyanotype into non-formal educational settings, a pathway opens toward new forms of expression and innovation, contributing to the holistic development of participants.

The design of the improvement proposal that is to be developed for RO Ingeniería Ltda., Define the restructuring of the commercial area with a view to improving the management of the company's resources to reach the level of sales higher than what is currently in place. that the company has a basic commercial process which should be professionalized and deepened; The above has been achieved through the application of the logical framework method in which a structured analysis of an improvement proposal is developed to arrive at the final decision that the company must be in the mention and thus the measures for the improvement of the activities in which it is failing and has not become a good economic development of the organization and growth in the construction sector.

The role-playing technique applied to entrepreneurship as a strategy that contributes to meaningful learning, seeking to be a lawful way of learning for Clara Fey students, which aims to develop cognitive skills and enhance social relationships; promote the self-organization of knowledge and research, forging the critical thinking of those involved in the game. In traditional classes teachers do not have time to interact with each one of their students, turning them into a mass indistinct from the others, while with this technique, the interaction between peers is highlighted, leaving the teacher as a facilitator and mediator of knowledge , strengthening the self-control of girls. Since entrepreneurship is a way of thinking and acting oriented towards the creation of wealth, the game "the best investor" is established, which is thought as a way to promote thinking, reasoning and the performance of students focused on opportunities, seeking from them business alternatives proposed with a global vision and carried out through balanced leadership and the management of a calculated risk, which results in the creation of value that benefits the company, the economy and society, ie not to remain in a particular good, but to seek a collective one, contributing to the development of Colombia.

The central objective of the document is to determine the feasibility of the positioning of the company Mantenimientos y Soluciones JJP, in Cundinamarca. In order to carry out a complete investigation of the factors that can impact the process of improvement of the company, different studies were carried out through research and support matrices, such as the BCG matrix, the SWOT matrix and another important tool for the analysis of the macro and mega PESTEL environment, since not being taken into account, can hinder the planning and execution of the primary strategies described in the body of work. According to these tools, it was found that the company is in a position in which it can obtain greater participation and growth in the market than its competitors, due to its strengths and the opportunities that it has.
El cine foro como estrategia didáctica para la apropiación del concepto evolución en los estudiantes de grado noveno del Colegio Agustiniano Suba

The cine forum as didactic strategy for the acquisition of “Evolution” as a concept in ninth grade students from Agustiniano Suba school, this proposes a didactic alternative for teaching science, in this case, for improving the concept of “Evolution”. It searched through cinematographic analysis and the implementation of workshops based on a strategy known as the guided investigation cycle from the EEPE (Education of the ecology in the playground of the School) (Arango, 2002), students will manage to integrate their previous knowledge with new one, in order to improve their knowledge and to make reflections, critics about the contents displayed during the activity. This research was made by a qualitative and quantitative study from pre diagnosis test and post test for analysis of results, taking as evidence students from 9A and 9B grades, from Agustiniano Suba School. The results of pre test showed a greater appropriation of the concept “Evolution” on 9B students; reason which allowed 9A students was chosen for the application of the cine forums and their respective workshops. Closing the activities we managed to demonstrate that the curve of learning of 9A students improves considerably; whereas the one of 9B students continues stable. Analyzed data reflect the effectiveness of the tool as well, since the percentage of students who did not have clear the concepts related to “Evolution” concept, it turned from 24% to 19%; as well the percentage of students who denying the evolution as a result at the beginning turned from 16% to 87%, it means: students managed to recognize the evolution like a principle of the development of alive in the planet. It is possible to emphasize as well the educative innovation that supposed the use of the cinema within the academic reality of the students, considering that students had not atended cine forum before. In order to conclude, a considerable improvement as far as the direct appropriation of the evolution concept is emphasized, since the results show a greater recognition of the theoretical postulates and their respective representatives.

To carry out the proper investigation and application of the diagnostic tools, the first step was to characterize the company Mallas y Figurados SAS, identify the corporate purpose, what it does, how it was established and who its shareholders and representatives are. The problem that could be identified through a preliminary diagnosis for Mallas y Figurados SAS, was the non-structuring, the lack of definition of its main areas and how they were at the initial moment of the investigation, this causes inconveniences, not only in customer service and taking orders, but also when making the due requirement of raw materials and supplies. Subsequently, its main clients, suppliers and competitors were identified, a study and analysis of the economic indicators that negatively and positively affect the company Mallas y Figurado SAS was also carried out, it is important for the organization to be updated on the country's economic situation and behavior. of the economic indicators have negatively affected the construction sector, reducing its share in GDP (gross domestic product).

This article presents the development of the research carried out at the Colegio Filadelfia para Sordos, which aimed to observe the training processes that the school carries out through the pedagogical model of project-based learning. In the methodological framework, a qualitative study is proposed that will make use of tools such as the unstructured interview and the field diary. An approach was made and the relevance of the activities carried out by the school aimed at entrepreneurship was evaluated, aspects such as the motivation of the students regarding the subject, the need to develop projects based on the proposals of the students and the willingness to change that project leaders have. The result of the study allows us to analyze the level of appropriation of the concepts in terms of entrepreneurship skills in the students of the institution, this in order to contribute to the improvement of their learning processes, optimizing the use of tools that the school provides.
Fake News. La pedagogía como herramienta para evadir la trampa de los medios

We are at a time when the development of new information and communication technologies has increased, as has the number of Internet users. The wide variety of available sites has allowed the supply of data and information to grow exponentially as never before in another era of modern history. Every second new information emerges that validates or refutes the data on which we are building reality. Although today we find a greater openness to data, its generation and transmission is so fast that it is almost impossible to perform an exercise that allows verifying its validity and truthfulness. This failure is exploited by unscrupulous people who use electronic means to spread false information with the purpose of creating chaos or modifying public opinion in search of particular ends that range from personal gain to the destabilization of entire governments. Faced with this serious problem arises the present research that aims to use the tools offered by pedagogy to guide a group of young people in a Colombian city in order to recognize the truth of a news through the techniques of image analysis .

Training program on occupational hazards for Workers of Labor Support ts s.a.s. of the floriculture sector of the post-harvest located in the Santa Maria farm. Where an analysis was made to the needs of the population, and through which the most important impacts and aspects of this area could be identified. Therefore, the main objective of this project was to evaluate the occupational hazards that derive from the identified hazards to which workers are exposed in order to contribute to the reduction of the accident rate that occurs in this area, for which a series of strategies and activities where workers participated, these strategies were developed through training and a video that explained the work that takes place in the post-harvest and occupational hazards, causes and consequences to which it is exposed for the inappropriate use of work tools. The audiovisual strategy describes the work that takes place in the post-harvest and the security measures that must be adopted and used in the selection, classification and packaging of the flower; the video sought to promote and prevent accidents at work and contribute to the reduction of the high accident rate that occurred on this farm. The workers will be updated in the immediate action, to control the accidents that arise in the processes of the work, ensuring that the actions and measures are effective, managing to control and minimize the consequences that these accidents could generate
La planeación tributaria como estrategia para el aprovechamiento de los recursos económicos Caso Complejo

Commercial users of free zones enjoy different tax benefits, which in recent years has attracted the attention of several Colombian companies that see the opportunity to optimize their resources and increase their operations under this type of regime, for example, the DT company SAS, which upon perceiving the growth of its income saw the need to look for professionals in tax planning to generate business strategies with the aim of belonging to the free regime. In the present case, it seeks to provide information from the implementation of tools that allow optimizing resources in relation to the tax benefits offered by the state for those organizations that belong to or wish to obtain the qualification of free zone users, without forgetting the requirements that they must comply to obtain said accreditation; Based on the above, the methodology proposed by the InterAmerican Development Bank (IDB) is used, in which five essential steps are proposed for its application. In relation to this, the conclusions and recommendations that are directed towards the importance of planning as a strategy for the use of economic resources will be presented.
