In the research component, a strategic diagnosis was made, improvement proposals, indicators of measurement and monitoring for an integral development of the company are mentioned. In the business field, it is essential to develop activities that, in addition to being used to financially improve companies, contribute to optimum overall development. When speaking of taxes in Colombia, a country in which tax reforms are frequent, it is necessary to have adequate planning which minimizes the impact of these changes in tax matters and facilitates the handling, declaration and payment of taxes. It also seeks to offer a solution and provide suggestions that may be put into practice to solve a completely environmental problem, showing the proper use that may be implemented every step of the way, regardless of the company’s economic activity or name. This company from the energy sector seeks to update its ISO 14001 certificate to the 2015 version. An analysis showed that the company must execute some of the regulations items that had not been taken into previous consideration. Even though the company can manage certain aspects, regulations state they must be modified or greatly improved. The investigation shows that company is generating waste. The company is not clear as to what are the regulations it must follow. As the years have passed, the term "e-commerce" has been catapulted as a method of greater familiarity with the purchase, especially in countries of first order, where it has evolved, according to figures from the CCCE, the e-Commerce presented a growth of 17% in the first half of 2017 compared to the same period of 2016. With respect to the means of payment used in the platform in the first six months of 2017, the percentages were distributed as follows: debit to bank account 8% and payment by credit card 92%, Otherwise it is glimpsed in developing nations, in which its adoption has been slow, having important increases only in recent years, but being perceived in general, as a complement to the visit to the store. Even with much to advance, online commerce has allowed the realization of transactions worldwide, growing significantly, even exceeding 2,000,000 million dollars in 2017, which corresponds to about US $ 3 million sales online per second, showing itself as a great opportunity, in which many companies have focused their efforts to reach different users.Item Factores limitantes para la inserción laboral de la última década en ColombiaBarrios Garcia, Juan Manuel; Romero Casallas, Angélica Johana; Grandas Ortiz, Jennifer Alexandra; Valero Martínez, Vivian Nataly; Parra León, NydiaThe main objective of this document was to determine the limiting factors for job placement in the last decade in Colombia, based on the documentary review, which included the quest, recovery, analysis, and interpretation of secondary data and electronic sources. Based on this review was possible to determine that there are various limiting factors in Colombia associated with cultural, political, social, and economic conditions, which over time have had an impact on situations of inequality and discrimination. The factors that stand out the most for this research were gender and age. For these factors, an analysis of the causes was carried out, as well as a contextualization of the problem and the exposition of a series of situations in which these inequalities are evidenced based on the statistics of the last ten years. Despite the fact that progress has been made in terms of labor equality and equity, this progress has not been enough to overcome the limitations faced by people in the workplace. On the other hand, it was indicated that labor equity and the elimination of gender and age barriers bring positive transformations in terms of opportunities, quality of life, and cultural and economic context. This work will be limited only to the validation of the tax information that includes income tax, VAT (Value Added Tax) and ICA (Industry and Commerce, notices and boards), for the development of the case study will work under the methodology of the Inter-American Development Bank and International Auditing Standards, and an important part is prepared under the components of internal control, it should be noted that no audit was carried out but that fundamental aspects of the audit are taken to carry out the development of a good internal control system. During the development of the case study will show the information collected, as well as the analysis of it, this in order to publicize the findings and build an internal control system based on the development of a matrix that allows the assessment to each finding and determine the corrective measures to follow to mitigate, reduce or eliminate the possible risks.Item Análisis del cumplimiento de protocolos del MIPG en INDERBA, como herramienta estratégica para el adecuado desarrollo de la entidad pública en la ciudad de Barrancabermeja en el año 2021Baeza-Alvear, Daicy Xiomara; Jimenez-Moreno, Diana Milena; Parra-Leon, NydiaIn the following project, the reader will find the final product that was fed day after day through each learning obtained in each of the tutorials and courses convened by the teacher and conducted by us in order to analyse and monitor compliance with the MIPG in the Entity of the Institute for the Promotion of Sport, Recreation, Use of Free Time and the Physical Education of Barrancabermeja – INDERBA. It includes an analysis of the different dimensions of the MIPG and the levels of compliance with cross-cutting policies, bearing in mind that the MIPG is a reference framework that enables it to direct, plan, monitor and evaluate the management of the entity, with the aim of generating results that meet the action plans, annual management plans and development plans. This is to guarantee the rights of all public employees of the entity and satisfaction of Social Welfare during their stay. In order to develop the previous purpose, the company was studied from its tax side, in order to identify opportunities for improvement for which pertinent information is requested, where there is evidence of opportunities in the value added tax, in terms of balances to favor in the tax declarations, analyzing the causes of occurrence, therefore the job is directed towards the realization of the tax planning in the value added tax of this company. For the execution it was necessary to carry out studies regarding planning, value added tax, business policies, business knowledge, to find the alternatives that apply for this operation and create the necessary steps for the future development of similar projects in other Companies, which benefits different stakeholders. The methodology developed for the analysis of information was the guidelines for the preparation of case studies of the Inter-American Bank, and the guidelines for carrying out tax planning by Jose Orlando Mera. Quantitative analysis was performed using dynamic tables with the financial information provided by the company, which provided sufficient data regarding growth and decrease behavior for each accounting cycle, providing a vision to plan the rest of the year 2017 and 2018, qualitative analysis was also performed on accounting policies and procedures, identifying the best practices and processes to be improved. This analysis revealed opportunities in the value added tax, identifying possible future risks due to the balances in favor in the tax declarations, therefore the research is directed towards the realization of the tax planning in the value added tax of this company. It initially started selling its products through the Instagram platform and voice to voice in the town of Engativá. Therefore, it is worth mentioning that the main objective of this project is to implement a social media digital marketing strategy on “Facebook, Instagram, Website” for the recognition of the Army Peace brand. The textile sector supports the performance of the Colombian economy. However, starting a business in Colombia is not an easy task, eight out of every ten ventures fail, according to figures from the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). The reasons for the failures are diverse, but a third of this type of companies disappear because it is considered that they do not have good legal advice or are not capable of resolving incidents over time. Finally, another reason is the poor management of communication channels.
