In the business field, it is essential to develop activities that, in addition to being used to financially improve companies, contribute to optimum overall development. When speaking of taxes in Colombia, a country in which tax reforms are frequent, it is necessary to have adequate planning which minimizes the impact of these changes in tax matters and facilitates the handling, declaration and payment of taxes. There a methodological investigation was carried out by means of two thematic axes; one the investigative component and the other the disciplinary one. In the research component, a strategic diagnosis was made, improvement proposals, indicators of measurement and monitoring for an integral development of the company are mentioned. Likewise, in the disciplinary component a detailed analysis of the company is made, both in the internal and external areas, identifying the weaknesses, opportunities, threats and strengths. Achieving administrative evidence of the current state of the company. In order to carry out a complete investigation of the factors that can impact the process of improvement of the company, different studies were carried out through research and support matrices, such as the BCG matrix, the SWOT matrix and another important tool for the analysis of the macro and mega PESTEL environment, since not being taken into account, can hinder the planning and execution of the primary strategies described in the body of work. In the present case, it seeks to provide information from the implementation of tools that allow optimizing resources in relation to the tax benefits offered by the state for those organizations that belong to or wish to obtain the qualification of free zone users, without forgetting the requirements that they must comply to obtain said accreditation; Based on the above, the methodology proposed by the InterAmerican Development Bank (IDB) is used, in which five essential steps are proposed for its application. The objective of this project is to determine a commercial strategy that increases the sales and loyalty of associates. Derived from this is expected to increase the number of associates linked to the fund, generating a greater cash flow and better benefits for them and their families.Item Propuesta programa de incentivos para colaboradores de la fuerza de venta de la organización comercializadora chiquitines S.A.S. - segundo semestre 2021.Hernández Panqueba, Anyely Liceth; Galvis Corredor, Audrey; Parra-León, NydiaThe current investigation work has motivated us to find trough out the application of the knowledge acquired during the specialization course a proposal including prices to employees of the selling area from company “Chiquitines SAS” which will increase the selling stages so that avoiding closing at least the half of the establishments of the company. To accomplish it, a method was settled which allowed us to analyze from a different perspective form the directive organization objectively, the elements which may cause selling not responding to the reinforcement of the processes done in some areas of the company. To gather the details, the interview was used and we were able to analyze very meaningful information which was obtained directly from the selling team. The information found showed that the lack of compensation generated low motivation y commitment needed for the selling to accomplish the expected profitability. With the obtained information we reinforced our objective to design a pricing program proposal which will help to solve the identified issue, additionally we were able strengthen different aspects such as work place environment, motivation and commercial strategies of the company. Finally, this project allowed us to understand how several companies avoid investing in employee’s compensation and wellbeing to avoid what they call overcharge, but at the end, not compensation may affect the profitability of the company directly as in the identified issue.Item Estrategias de Marketing para mejorar el proceso de captación de clientes y aumento de ventas en Kanaiwa Wellness & SpaAriza-Diaz, Miguel Angel; Marín-Mosquera, Lorena; Sierra-Vargas, Diego Alexander; Ávila Castañeda, Ángel LeonardoKANAIWA WELLNESS & SPA, is a company dedicated to wellness, body and facial aesthetics, which, although it is young in the city of Bogota, with only 3 years of business, offers an exclusive and personalized service in hydrotherapy, also has advanced technology equipment for non-invasive treatments. In the current market there are competitors dedicated to spa services, hydrotherapy and aesthetics; which have various distribution and communication alternatives, this being a great disadvantage for KANAIWA WELLNESS & SPA because its recognition and positioning have been affected by the exclusive use of a single means of communication: social networks. For this reason it is important to establish marketing strategies in KANAIWA WELLNESS & SPA that generate a commercial plus, and achieve the expected growth in service recognition and technological innovation, this through a research process based on identifying new communication channels and their corresponding communication establishing marketing strategies that contribute to improve its positioning.Item La tercerización laboral del personal asistencial de la ESE Municipal de Villavicencio como factor desmotivanteJiménez-García, Daira Eugenia; Ramírez-Bernal, Franklin Leonardo; Páez-Mojica, Raúl Ernesto; Parra-León, NydiaLabor outsourcing in Colombia, regulated by Decree 583 of 2016, has been mishandled in the country since the decree is clear and prohibits outsourcing the permanent missionary activities of entities in Colombia, this is where our motivation to introduce ourselves into the labor outsourcing of the Social Enterprise of the State of the Municipality of Villavicencio, as a labor demotivating factor, this being the basis of the entire investigative process, based on the fact that it occurs in the vast majority of healthcare personnel, which is part of the mission of the company. The general objective of this research is to demonstrate that labor outsourcing is a demotivating factor in the Social Enterprise of the State of the Municipality of Villavicencio. For the fulfillment of the general objective, it was necessary to introduce ourselves in each of the fundamental aspects that made it possible to show that the labor outsourcing of the assistance personnel of the Social Enterprise of the Municipality of Villavicencio is a labor demotivating factor. To achieve this, we use a qualitative research methodology based on the survey as an instrument for collecting information, which contains clear questions that cover all aspects that allow us to identify outsourcing as a demotivating factor for healthcare personnel within the company.Item Factibilidad económica, social y ambiental de las instituciones educativas públicas sobre las técnicas de compostaje en la localidad de Kennedy.Barrera-Culma, Andrés Felipe; Hurtado-Quevedo, Diana Vanessa; Restrepo Sánchez, Natalia MaríaThe care of the environment today has become a fundamental part of the community, since it can benefit the planet earth and also each of its inhabitants, achieving a better quality of life. To this end, techniques are known that help mitigate certain factors that commonly impact, among them is waste, which in the future can cause various problems by increasing its capacity in final disposal facilities. The following document presents a study of the economic, social and environmental feasibility of public educational institutions on composting techniques in the Kennedy area. Through this study, a diagnosis of the institutions and the entire educational campus was made, and a cost/benefit analysis of composting techniques to be implemented in public institutions was developed. Secondary sources were used to obtain information on students, academic staff and institutions, from which their organic waste generation was obtained, as well as other variables to verify the costs and benefits of the project. The entity presents tax evasion, specifically in the income tax and related taxes, presents outdating and difficulty in the organization of the accounting area, so that when applying the procedures established in the Tax Statute, results can be seen internally and externally of the organization. As a tool to solve this evasion situation, the case study method will be applied, in the steps indicated by the Inter-American Development Bank. The elaboration of the declarations for the years 2017 and 2018, will allow the normalization in the income tax and will improve the situation of the taxpayer in front of his responsibilities with the state, obtaining tax and economic benefits, reducing the risk of sanctions, the payment of interests, and obtaining a clearer vision of the economic evolution of society by having true and timely information with the implications that this brings as the organization, the hierarchy of processes and the control of documents that become key elements for the decision making, allowing financial and structural growth.Item Plan de marketing de servicios para la fidelización del cliente en el restaurante temático Héroes Burger, ubicado en Bogotá, ColombiaAvendaño-Diaz, Ines Dayanna; Vargas-Quintero, Soray Vanessa; Buitrago-Reyes, Richard OrlandoThe themed restaurant Héroes Burger in Bogotá faces challenges that affect both its staff and the customer experience. This project aims to design service marketing strategies to improve performance and customer satisfaction by addressing both internal and external issues. Based on studies highlighting the influence of internal marketing (endomarketing) and the impact of digital strategies on customer loyalty, the project uses customer satisfaction surveys, CRM data analysis, and direct observation of customer service to identify areas for improvement and develop effective loyalty strategies. The analysis employs tools such as benchmarking matrices and SWOT (DOFA) analysis to identify internal and external factors affecting customer loyalty. Findings reveal that the quality of service and food are crucial in restaurant selection, and there is variability in customer satisfaction depending on geographic location. This suggests the need to tailor strategies to the specific needs of each area. Follow-up actions are proposed to ensure the implementation and effectiveness of the designed strategies, providing Héroes Burger with valuable information for future marketing plans. This comprehensive approach aims not only to enhance the customer experience but also to optimize the restaurant's internal operations to foster greater customer loyalty.Item Impacto económico ocasionado por la evasión del impuesto del IVA en diversos sectores en ColombiaEspitia Mancipe, Andrea; Suárez Córdoba, Jenny Marcela; Rojas Gutiérrez, William DeivisThe objective of the research is to analyze the economic impacts caused by the evasion of VAT tax in various sectors in Colombia, based on previous studies carried out by government entities, in order to understand their impact in the country and what could happen in a near future. To do this, three matrices were designed, in order to classify the information collected by Google Academic, Jurn and Scielo databases. The focus of the research is mixed and documentary. Three axes of research are addressed, first a bibliometric review of national and international publications was carried out in the field of tax evasion, then a recognition was made of the projects and programs of the Public-Private agendas that address the issue of tax evasion and finally it was analyzed through simple descriptive statistics, based on these findings the research was consolidated.Item Diseño de estrategias de Marketing relacional empresa MaquitimoBarragán-Gómez, Tania Marcela; Méndez-García, Luis Alejandro; Montenegro-Martínez, Liliana Patricia; Zea-Salamanca, José Fernando; Ávila Castañeda, Ángel LeonardoThe present work is the development and design of relational marketing strategies that allow the acquisition of new clients for the company Maquitimo, a company located in Fontibon, Bogotá dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of plastic items. After an in-depth analysis focused on the sales and marketing area, we found a fragile point in which we could embrace and also work. It was detected that over the years the company acquired clients, but in recent years, the clients remained, and no new ones arrived, that is where we began to develop focused objectives for the acquisition of new clients, therefore, sales and their market share. Maquitimo has a strong product called plastic carts, which is optimal for packing textile raw materials, so the idea is to do a good market study to see what other sectors are possible to cover to attract new customers. With the objectives, strategies and action plans, the aim is to achieve a good development of the plan and that the company applies it so that it is in a better position and that it has a positive growth impact.Item Estrategias y planes para la empresa TTR Water Colombia S.A.S.Rubio Dueñas, Jessyca Alejandra; Ayala Yepes, Stefani; Olaya Molano, Juan CarlosTTR Water Colombia SAS, is a multinational company that develops its corporate purpose in the public and private sector, the headquarters of Colombia celebrates 12 years in the market of pumps for water treatment, in the last 3 years have opened 2 branches in Medellín and the other in Barranquilla. It is a company that works every day to stay in the market and subsist in this medium that is becoming increasingly demanding and competitive; this forces it to make a constant assessment of its environment and market in order to seek opportunities for growth and analysis of their threats. Therefore, nowadays all companies face a more competitive market and depend on the good use of their resources and the management of their strengths. This is why it is proposed that the company must implement or deepen its strategic planning, in order to achieve the goals set. According to the above, strategic planning is a fundamental tool that allows you to ensure the success and permanence of the business in the market, since it offers you the possibility of planning future scenarios, adapting to your surroundings and defining strategies that help you achieve the objectives and to develop the organization in a more efficient way.
