In the following work, the investigation was carried about a gastronomic tourist product design proposal, to establish the viability of a tourist route in the municipality of Sotaquirá Boyacá, since it denotes a problem of little use of resources and tourist attractions counting potentials of cultural and natural attractions in the place it is denoted than the town of Sotaquirá.
It is striking for the profile of tourists interested in seeing a beautiful place, this profile was built through surveys of ordinary people to asking about the interest of the tourist route of the municipality whit their respective formats, with the direct participation of locals in the proposal of a tourist route throughout the municipality.
