Health is a universal right that must be provided in a timely and effective manner to all types of population of the national territory, from the beginning of life to its culmination, the foregoing, having as legal support the statutory law that establishes health in Colombia as a fundamental right that must be guaranteed with equal conditions. (Statutory Law 1751, 2015)
Currently, in Colombia, there is evidence of the absence of consultation and information mechanisms that facilitate access to all the services of the General Health Security System in vulnerable populations, such as the case of persons with disabilities. so that they can access these in an efficient and timely manner, improving the quality of life of users at the municipal and national levels.
