Item Alternativas para evitar la deserción estudiantil en el programa de Administración de Empresas de la Universitaria AgustinianaRodriguez-Romero, Camilo Alexander; González-Gómez, Eylin Stefanny; Tonuzco-Escobar, Kevin Stiven; Arias Arias, Nubia ConstanzaAt the end of this study, the interest in research regarding desertion in the students of the Business Administration career at the Agustiniana University allows us to identify alternatives to avoid this desertion. The research that is developed from a qualitative perspective with a phenomenological approach assuming an interpretive hermeneutic epistemological stance. Through the study, students who have dropped out of the program are consulted and it is evident that at the time they were not aware of the existence of the student permanence in the university, additionally they state that at the time of withdrawing by the personnel linked to the program they did not receive support that would allow them to make the decision to continue with their academic process.Item Ambientes de aprendizaje para el desarrollo de la inteligencia emocional y la flexibilidad cognitiva en estudiantes de grado 10° y 11°.Suarez-Santamaria, Daniel Andres; Caro-Aguas, Carlos Daniel; Arias Arias, Nubia ConstanzaThe present research study is carried out to develop entrepreneurship in 10th and 11th grade students by strengthening soft skills and creating learning environments, allowing the participants to develop a better role as proactive citizens capable of forging their future by planning their life projects. Being the main base, the entrepreneurship, managing to generate innovative ideas that can be developed and applied in life and society. Without a doubt, the importance and impact of entrepreneurship in the development of a country must be highlighted, being a main pillar for its growth. Therefore, in Colombia for the last 2 decades, political initiatives and systems have been developed that have facilitated the creation of functional, creative and contributing business ideas for the country. The background of the project is precisely to achieve that those ideas that arise in the minds of young people being more interactive participants in this modern world are supported, structured and implemented for the development as an individual as well as for society. The explanatory, descriptive project will be prepared to ensure the effective development of the enterprise, therefore, it is intended to conduct a survey to know the qualitative characteristics of the institutions. The search to train assertive citizens in their communicative and social forms has become an important task both for educational centers and for citizens in general, as a result, this article aims to reflect on and present cinema as a capable pedagogical tool to significantly influence the communication processes of children and adolescents, since it has the ability to transmit values, behavior patterns and critical thinking, characteristics that facilitate their relationship with their environment from respect, empathy and honesty. This research has as its methodology the documentary review and the approach is qualitative since it focuses on the analysis and understanding of fundamental concepts that allow to show the powerful pedagogical value of cinema in the formative processes of the human being, highlighting how this means of communication, also known as the seventh art has great resonance in all social and citizen processes.Item Conceptualización de una didáctica que favorece la construcción de valores y ciudadanía a partir del uso de herramientas tecnológicasRodríguez-Mora, Fredy Heli; Del Pino-Ayala, Julián Alberto; Nieto Pinzón, Willian-Antonio; Arias Arias, Nubia ConstanzaThe construction of citizenship covers one of the important dimensions for the integral formation of the students, and that throughout history has presented favorable results and also moments of crisis, which is reflected in the actions taken by the present societies where aspects like individualism, the desire of power and superficial tendencies motivated by the consumer market and the influence of the mass media where mainly we locate Internet, predominate. In this article, an exploration, selection, analysis and reflection of texts is carried out that allows to answer the question: how to build citizenship from a didactic that uses technological tools? For which a didactics that motivates the reflexive work on the reading of the reality is raised, where the dialogue, the sharing of ideas and finally the formulation of applicable life projects prevails. The technological factor plays an important role, since it is involved in most of the stages of the proposal, showing that it allows to make the process more dynamic, and at the same time it facilitates the access to information, allowing to share the different steps, as well as the results for the nascent processes. There is an important stage that depends on the process of personal reflection and interiorization, typical of the philosophy of St. Augustine. The research is qualitative and was carried out with a social critical approach, using an ethnographic method to characterize the student population through the implementation of two surveys. To help solve this problem, the design of a course was proposed by being sensitive to the students' perceptions and their learning styles, without ignoring the stages of their cognitive processes. The Colegio Agustiniano Norte in Bogota city specifically in ninth grade (2021) through of a didactic unit design, taking as the main tool the use of technologic device “Arduino®”. This exercise is qualitative matter, descriptive and the research technique that is implemented is a case study; supported by a bibliographic review of works of which include this type of instruments in natural science projects. Based on the results of the case study, a didactic unit was designed that allowed proposing concepts, activities and justifying the importance of Arduino in the experimental practices of natural sciences. The contribution of this work to the area of pedagogy consists of establishing the direct relationship between the basic concepts of natural sciences and the use of technological devices, improving teaching in these fields of knowledge.Item Estrategia Didáctica con aplicaciones gastronómicas para la enseñanza en la primera infancia de conceptos básicos de física: Masa, volumen, tiempo, viscosidad, densidad, temperaturaGerena Parra, Katherine; Jiménez Camargo, Jorge Hedyher; Perez Torres, Sandra Patricia; Arias Arias, Nubia ConstanzaPhysics, as a natural and experimental science, has been designed to be studied in secondary education. Everything related to this subject is associated with rigorous concepts, experiments that aim to explain the world and the combination of mathematics as a resource to explain the phenomena of nature. Seeing that this science is applied in the upper grades, it is forgotten that the whole process of assimilation, understanding and subsequent acquisition of a concept and/or term of this science has its antecedent a few years before in the formation of every child, later in the young and this occurs specifically in the first years of life or what is known in education as early childhood. As stated by Unesco (2021) the first years of life of every child are elementary, more when talking about the teaching-learning process, it is then the opportunity to get the little ones to discover and, enliven inside that degree to investigate, to decipher everything that surrounds it and from it can generate a knowledge that will later be a learning. This study is descriptive-purposeful; To carry it out, a theoretical review was implemented first and, second, the application of the focus group technique with four preschool teachers from three Augustinian schools in Colombia. From this it was concluded that multisensory teaching has focused mainly on attending to children with disabilities in therapeutic contexts in order to favor basic processes of attention, perception and memory. When recognizing the successful results of these processes, the proposal is then put forward to bring multisensory teaching to the regular classroom, in order for the teacher to become a teaching empowerment and propose strategies that prioritize the stimulation of the senses as channels of learning linking ICT.Item La formación espiritual en la educación de calidadOspina-Diaz, Carlos David; Arias Arias, Nubia ConstanzaSpirituality is not a concept that can be understood only as a religious aspect, therefore to think about it as part of the quality education process implies that it has to be recognized that it is an anthropological dimension, which has been confirmed and studied by genetics, neurology, psychology, philosophy and existencialism, bearing in mind that all of those are identified as part of the integral human being. Therefore, throughout the work in this research article, spirituality is proposed as a necessary dimension to approach, develop, empower and strengthen with students at Agustiniano Norte school, considering that is not a task of a only a single agent, coordinator of responsible person of spirituality or pastoral education, it is essential to be understood as a transversal process to the integral formation of the students and as a reality that must challenge all those involved people in the educational process. Thus, several concrete actions are proposed with the objective of creating a greater impact can be done in the field of the spiritual formation oriented in this institution and through this, the quality education program can be provided with the perspective for the common benefit that transforms the educational perspective.Item El libro álbum como estrategia didáctica para desarrollar la inteligencia emocionalGonzález-Gantiva, Jenny Andrea; Jiménez-Restrepo, Laura Yaneth; Rojas-Navarro, María Alejandra; Arias Arias, Nubia ConstanzaThe objective of the following research article is to propose the picture book as a didactic strategy to enhance the emotional intelligence. This strategy is applied with a group of six students from different ages and school grades, from primary and secondary; it has a total of eight sessions, in which 30 books that portrait different stories on how to recognize and manage emotions, were read, analyzed and socialized to understand the value of their own emotions and others’ emotions, based on the construction of experiences from their life stories. Furthermore, to stablish the theoretical framework it was necessary to go over the concepts of picture book, didactic strategy and emotional intelligence. This study would facilitate the learning of the language to the extent that it contrasts with the traditional education complementing it and at the same time adapting it to the rhythms and learning styles of each person, derived from Howard Gardner’s theory with emphasis on visual and auditory styles. The research was carried out in order to offer an alternative of improvement in the use of free time, Netflix is proposed as a didactic resource for users to enhance communication skills in a different language. It is expected that this work will highlight the importance of the action research methodology in the educational setting, for this approach the main actor corresponds to the research teacher, it should be noted that since the 20th century, action research has been the field of social sciences, as well as educational sciences. The weaknesses that have appeared in years have been due to lack of competence in action research, therefore it has increased that teachers face new challenges that imply taking on challenges where they require more teaching, either from prencentiality or virtuality. Finally, the teaching practice allowed the transfer of knowledge in a systematic and orderly way so that from its use it can confirm the credibility of the action research processes in educational practiceItem La recreación como estrategia pedagógica y medio de inclusión en personas con discapacidad cognitiva reflejado en calidad de vidaGonzalez-Algarra, Norma Lizeth; Arias Arias, Nubia ConstanzaThis review article seeks to interpret the use of recreation as a pedagogical strategy, but also as a means of inclusion to improve the quality of life of people with cognitive disabilities, through the socio-critical paradigm, with a qualitative approach, a documentary review is made based on three categories of knowledge, namely; recreation, pedagogy and cognitive disability. The method used is the triangulation of information, which is a data analysis technique that focuses on contrasting visions or approaches from the data collected. Through this, the methods used to study the phenomenon are mixed, for this qualitative research. On the other hand, the particularity of the problem that arises arises from experience as a teacher. Being a teacher is a titanic job that demands a high degree of commitment, extra hours of research, an inexhaustible source of energy and a renewable box with answers for everything. However, educational inclusion demands a particular teaching and learning process for each student, which is sometimes not effective, due to the peculiarities of the diagnosed disability. The main findings in the midst of this reflection process allowed the identification of recreation as a pedagogical strategy that enhances inclusion to improve the quality of life of people with cognitive disabilities, because people can experience joy and euphoria, these being important components as they allow discovering a number of learnings through taste and sensation.Item Reflexión sobre el deporte de alto rendimiento en el desarrollo del aprendizaje autónomoHerrán-Rodríguez, Andrea Viviana; Vargas Rodríguez, Diego Alexander; Arias Arias, Nubia ConstanzaThe new lifestyle adopted by many, such as virtuality, is strengthening production in unique ways, in various areas of current Colombian society. Consequently, virtual education is being driven by these and other factors, taking into account that the teachinglearning process is transcending the structure of the traditional school. In this writing we will talk about the impact that this type of virtual education will have when it is agreed with a highperformance sports training, where in a detailed way, the curricular contents of three students who participate in a high performance sport such as dives are. This document seeks to reflect from the presentation by the critical and participatory people of the activity. Finally, an alternative is proposed to link these means in the educational process of the people who carry out this type of activities and how it comes to form an autonomous learning process.Item El tangram como unidad didáctica para profundizar el concepto de fracción propiaChicuasuque-Gutierrez, Cesar Alonso; Arias Arias, Nubia ConstanzaThe present project aims to determine the influence that the handling of concrete material, especially the tangram game, has on the introduction and exemplification of the concept of proper fraction in primary school students. To carry out this project, the collaboration of a mathematics teacher of these levels was requested to apply the research instruments to observe the level of apprehension of the concept of proper fraction and the relationships that can be established from this material (relationships order, equivalent fractions and sum of fractions). The material aims to extend the student's interpretation of the concept of proper fraction, which is obtained by dividing a unit (the whole) only in equal parts, by observing that the parts into which the game is divided have an equivalence relation between them . Taking into account that since 2017 many of the study plans were redesigned due to the appearance of the basic learning rights, the need arises to structure a line of teaching of these two concepts throughout the elementary school, therefore in This article shows the design of the didactic unit of the first notions of these concepts, this is based on activities carried out thinking about the age of the children, the logical structuring of the concepts and concrete materials that help the correct apprehension of these concepts, collects previous works related to the subject that overcome the difficulties in teaching and learning these concepts.Item Unidad didáctica para el aprendizaje significativo en estudiantes de primer semestre de los programas de Arquitectura, Cine y Televisión de la UniagustinianaSánchez-Díaz, Jorge Daniel; González-Muñoz, Lina Maritza; Arias Arias, Nubia ConstanzaCurrently, the teaching processes at the university level are focused on traditional methods that are commonly used by teachers to impart a series of knowledge to their students, in these cases there is usually a lack in the particularization of skills and experiences that students could offer to complement their training process, taking into account that the teaching methodologies used in educational spaces are usually oriented under curricular schemes imposed from the governmental nature, or in itself, from the particular perspectives that each teacher wants to promote in your classroom. The object of study in the research relates the creation of a didactic planning unit as a resource that will contribute to the generation of meaningful learning, considering that, the application of the qualitative methodology and the case study, could define what were the necessary actions for research development, through the use of instruments such as the field diary, documentary analysis and interviews, with which a characterization of results was generated. In turn, new competencies and content were established that will enhance skills, experiences and knowledge to promote meaningful learning in students, and finally project a transformation in the teaching methodologies that will be applied by teachers in the educational environment.
