Traditional evaluation strategies such as the written evaluations, single answer questionnaires and the essays, among others, let teachers qualify thought a results oriented evaluation, but don’t let them know or analyze the students’ knowledge assimilation, who is described at this text as a unique being, differentiated by their own ways of learning. Consequently, it is relevant to academic area, and especially to the Gastronomy Technology Program at Universitaria Agustiniana, the develop of an evaluation proposal, interested about the knowledge building process, in order to avoid student frustration possibility of grasping subjects’ contents and practical issues, enhancing his/her relationship with knowledge; besides the proposal, it achieve, though student view, analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the current evaluation strategies and raise the viability, relevance and efficiency of the proposal.
