Sembrando Bienestar: Propuesta de un programa de recreación para mejorar el bienestar de los trabajadores del jardín infantil Taller Creativo.

Abstract

This work proposes a recreational program aimed at strengthening the workplace well-being of the staff at the Taller Creative preschool, located in the municipality of Chía, Cundinamarca. The research process began after identifying that the early childhood education work environment carries a high percentage of physical, emotional, and cognitive strain for teachers, which can generate stress and fatigue if there is a lack of care and well-being strategies. Therefore, the implementation of recreational activities is proposed as a tool that promotes health, improves the work environment, and contributes to the consolidation of performance in the personal and professional spheres of the educational staff.
