Consecuencias de la rotación de personal en el área de make and pack de la empresa Gate Gourmet Colombia ltda y como mitigar su impacto mediante la capacitación

Abstract

In this research, a training model based on the area's own themes is designed and where the premise is to improve the work environment of the make and pack area of the company Gate gourmet Colombia ltda, to reduce the turnover of new and old personnel. The model consists of five days where the personnel in training leave the area. This strategy will allow to monitor each one of the participants in each of the activities that are carried out within the training.

With the implementation and implementation of this training model there will be a tool for training and control of all the activities carried out within the make and pack area, bringing the area to the desired situation by the managers, converting the vision and strategies in operational objectives.

The methodology used to design this conceptual model was first to make a diagnosis to identify what were the causes of high turnover of staff in the area of make and pack of the company Gate gourmet Colombia ltda, through a swot analysis of the unit After the analysis and contrast of this information, the design of the conceptual model was developed. This conceptual model should contribute to the management of the company Gate gourmet Colombia ltda theoretically initially because it considers the nature of the need to be in agreement.
