Desarrollo de una plataforma web de Gestión de Talento Humano y Automatización de certificación laboral para Formacero S.A.S.

Abstract

Human talent management at Formacero S.A.S. was traditionally carried out through physical records, resulting in disorganization, information loss, and significant delays in administrative processes, particularly in the issuance of employment certificates. To address these challenges, a web-based platform was developed to centralize, digitize, and automate the company's personnel management processes. The proposed solution provides a comprehensive employee record management system with CRUD functionalities, employee self-service features, document upload and visualization capabilities, and automatic generation of employment certificates in PDF format. The platform includes two user roles—Administrator and Employee—and incorporates security measures such as JWT-based authentication, password encryption, and compliance with Colombia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law 1581). The system was developed using modern technologies, including React for the frontend, Node.js and Express for the backend, and Supabase as the database management system. By digitalizing and streamlining human resource processes, the platform significantly improves operational efficiency, reduces response times, and increases employee autonomy in accessing and managing their information. This project represents an important step toward the digital transformation of human talent management at Formacero S.A.S., demonstrating how technological solutions can optimize administrative procedures and enhance organizational performance.
