dc.descriptionEl objetivo principal de este trabajo de pasantía profesional es diseñar un manual del sistema de gestión de calidad basado en la NTC ISO 9001:2015 que permita continuar con la fase de implementación del sistema a la empresa Eurosystem Revestimientos y Fachadas SAS. Para cumplirlo, fue necesario realizar un diagnóstico preliminar de implementación del sistema por medio de la herramienta Diagnóstico Evaluación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad que permitiera evidenciar el nivel de cumplimiento de la norma que tenía la empresa. Posterior a ello, se realizaron visitas a la empresa para empezar a documentar el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad de acuerdo a los requisitos de la norma y las necesidades de la empresa dejando como resultado la documentación de un Manual de SGC que le permitirá a la empresa continuar con la fase de implementación del sistema y aumentar el nivel de cumplimiento de la norma.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe main objective of this professional internship work is to design a quality management system manual based on the NTC ISO 9001: 2015 that allows Eurosystem Revestimientos y Fachadas SAS to continue with the system implementation phase. To comply with this, it was necessary to carry out a preliminary diagnosis of the implementation of the system by means of the Diagnostic Tool Evaluation of the Quality Management System that allowed to demonstrate the level of compliance with the norm that the company had. Subsequently, visits were made to the company to begin documenting the Quality Management System according to the requirements of the standard and the needs of the company, leaving as a result the documentation of a QMS Manual that will allow the company continue with the system implementation phase and increase the level of compliance with the standard.es_ES
