| dc.description | El presente trabajo investigativo radica en identificar cómo la inteligencia emocional influye en la variación de la tasa de rotación de la empresa Atento S.A. en el periodo comprendido entre marzo y agosto de 2022, busca poder categorizar los diferentes motivos de renuncias voluntarias y así determinar qué porcentaje ocupa cada una de las tipologías de rotación, a partir de esto se espera determinar si el factor emocional es influyente en la alta tasa de rotación voluntaria en la empresa; por lo tanto, se hace una revisión de algunos textos y cómo la evolución de los modelos de trabajo a través del tiempo empiezan a manejar el concepto de IE (inteligencia emocional) como factor trascendental para el desarrollo y permanencia de los trabajadores dentro de la empresa. | es_ES |
