The "Ollie Bot AI" project aims to implement a chatbot on Telegram for the continuous training of OPPO COLOMBIA sales advisors. Its main objective is to solve the problem of scattered access to critical information about products, sales arguments, and competitor comparisons, which currently makes it difficult for advisors to respond quickly and accurately to customers.
The chatbot will centralize this information, allowing advisors to make queries in natural language or through buttons to obtain immediate responses. It will use technologies such as Google Dialogflow for Natural Language Processing (NLP), Java, and PostgreSQL.
Ollie Bot AI is expected to optimize response time, improve the quality of information provided, boost sales, increase customer satisfaction, and help identify topics for future training sessions and brand objectives.

El proyecto "Ollie Bot AI" tiene como objetivo implementar un chatbot en Telegram para la capacitación continua de los asesores comerciales de OPPO COLOMBIA. Su objetivo principal es solucionar el problema del acceso disperso a información crítica sobre productos, argumentos de venta y comparativas con la competencia, lo cual actualmente dificulta que los asesores respondan de manera rápida y precisa a los clientes. El chatbot se va a centralizar en esta información, permitiendo a los asesores realizar consultas en lenguaje natural o mediante botones para obtener respuestas inmediatas. Utilizará tecnologías como Google Dialogflow para el Procesamiento de Lenguaje Natural, Java y PostgreSQL. Se espera que Ollie Bot AI optimice el tiempo de respuesta, mejore la calidad de la información proporcionada, impulse las ventas, aumente la satisfacción del cliente y ayude a identificar temas para futuras capacitaciones y objetivos de la marca.
