dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo se enmarca en la legislación colombiana vigente señalada en el Decreto 1072 de 2015 y sustentado con la norma 45001 de 2018, donde el sistema general de riesgos laborales permite que las entidades públicas y privadas, se destinen a prevenir, proteger y atender a los trabajadores con alguna enfermedad o accidente que se pueda presentar como consecuencia del trabajo que desarrolla. Se realizó una investigación en la compañía Mundial de Pinturas LCD SAS para determinar los factores que inciden en la accidentalidad laboral y proyectar las posibles mejoras que sean susceptibles para minimizar los incidentes encontrados. Apoyadas en las teorías y conceptos de diferentes autores que han expresado la importancia de la seguridad, salud y bienestar de los empleados de la empresa en referencia, buscando fomentar la cultura de prevención y autocuidado por parte de los colaboradores que deseamos lleve a un cambio de actitud y visión frente a este tema.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present work is framed in the Colombian legislation in force indicated in Decree 1072 of 2015 and supported by the norm 45001 of 2018, where the general system of labour risks allows public and private entities, are destined to prevent, protect and care for workers with any illness or accident that may arise as a result of the work they perform. An investigation was carried out at the Mundial de Pinturas LCD SAS to determine the factors that affect work accidents and to project the possible improvements that are susceptible to minimize the incidents found. Supported by the theories and concepts of different authors who have expressed the importance of the safety, health and well-being of the company’s employees in reference, seeking to foster a culture of prevention and self-care on the part of partners that we hope will lead to a change in attitude and vision towards this issue.es_ES
