| dc.description | Este texto expone en detalle la implementación de una ayuda tecnológica para la adecuada gestión y mejor administración de una barbería para así poder aumentar la visibilidad en su negocio y comodidad de sus clientes. Para efectuar este proceso se indago con los administradores de la barbería la manera de mejorar su atención al cliente a fin de determinar las causas que hacen que algunos clientes no sientan satisfacción a la hora de tomar un servicio, de esa manera se pudo realizar consultas con clientes y barberos para elaborar un sistema que beneficia tanto a la barbería como a sus clientes. Teniendo en cuenta los resultados basados en las opiniones y sugerencias conllevo al desarrollo de la aplicación que ofrece soluciones tanto al cliente que quiera visitar la barbería, tener conocimiento de los servicios y obtener un turno y a los administradores de aumentar la eficiencia en su atención al cliente y gestionar la información de servicios y reservas hechas por parte de los clientes. | es_ES |
