dc.descriptionEste plan de mejora consiste en implementar un sistema de gestión de información para el área comercial de la CCICC, con el cual se pueda realizar una mejor gestión comercial de manera ordenada y eficaz, ya que es necesario para el funcionamiento de la Cámara Comercio e Industria Colombo Chilena. El objetivo es mejorar la utilización a esta herramienta y que permita tener un seguimiento más exacto de todos los informes de gestión que se le hace a cada una de las empresas, teniendo en cuenta que incluso las empresas que están afiliadas en su 70% se les hace una gestión comercial. El propósito de este plan de mejora también consiste en poder tener una metodología que implemente un CRM BITRIX24, en el cual se puedan subir todos los archivos de informé de gestión actualizados, de tal manera que a la hora de buscarlos y utilizarlos estén listos sin imprevistos.es_ES
