Propuesta de mejora en el sistema productivo de la empresa la esquina del patacón, con base en las herramientas lean manufacturing

Abstract

The development of this project proposes an improvement plan in the production processes of the company La Esquina del Patacón in the town of Bosa in the city of Bogotá, through the application of Lean Manufacturing tools. To achieve and allow to standardize and improve the process. The analysis began with a diagnosis of the company and the study of Lean techniques used in the industry to identify trends in the productive field, followed by the improvement proposal based on the fishbone diagrams and ending by focusing on the financial study that Provides the cost of the improvement plan. Likewise, this project corresponds to a type of descriptive study, whose purpose is the delimitation of the facts that make up the research problem. In this way, it was concluded that planning production is of great importance, since this will translate into better customer service and a better reaction to changes in market behavior, making the company more competitive, at the same time that they can reduce costs.
