| dc.description | Dentro de la estructura organizacional de una empresa debe existir un manual de funciones o un MOF (Manual de organización y funciones), no solo por ser requerido para las certificaciones de calidad sino porque sirven de guía para todo el personal, debido a que describe las funciones, los perfiles e indicadores de evaluación. La empresa Red Logística Internacional S.A.S no cuenta con un sistema que defina responsabilidades, perfiles laborales que a su vez promueva el orden; por tanto, el objetivo de este proyecto es el desarrollo e implementación del manual de funciones para esta empresa, con el fin de mejorar la calidad en las actividades que desarrolla sus trabajadores y que puedan ser controladas o supervisadas por las autoridades correspondientes. Por esta razón, lo más viable para la compañía es evaluar la productividad y el alcance de sus trabajadores a través de esta herramienta, con el fin de obtener resultados que a largo plazo sean de gran beneficio para la compañía y puedan mejorar las actividades que se realizan. | es_ES |
