| dc.description | En la siguiente investigación se presenta una propuesta sobre la implementación del TPM y la aplicación de la herramienta OEE, donde se encuentra que en la empresa Proyectos y equipos metalmecánicos s.a.s., no cuenta con un área encargada para la gestión del mantenimiento. Actualmente no cuentan con las herramientas necesarias para medir el desempeño de las diferentes máquinas que operan día a día, estás pueden estar mal calibradas y operando de forma incorrecta, también se encontró que los operarios no cuentan con la capacitación suficiente para la operación de las máquinas y o herramientas que manejan a diario. Con todo esto se plantea el objetivo principal que es lograr diseñar una propuesta de implementación utilizando algunos de los pilares TPM y la herramienta de sistema de indicadores de productividad OEE en la empresa y poder mejorar el desempeño de la operación, reducir las paradas no programadas, las averías de la planta y los equipos, y algo importante, mejorar la eficiencia y ciclo de vida de las máquinas, equipos y herramientas. La metodología que se propone llevar a cabo y poner en curso en la siguiente: Realizar un análisis detallado de estado de la planta, revisando, máquina por máquina haciendo un recorrido diario, para recopilar la información suficiente y poder describir la actividades diarias de los operarios con las máquinas, finalmente teniendo la información realizar un formato de diagnóstico del TPM para las máquinas y equipos, con esto podemos determinar el estado actual de deterioro sucesivo de las máquinas y equipos. | es_ES |
