Propuesta documental para el sistema de gestión de calidad según la norma ISO 9001:2015 para la empresa Hielo Cristal de Colombia S.A.S

Abstract

The main objective of this document is to present to the company Hielo Cristal de Colombia S.A.S. a documentary proposal that allows it to achieve the future implementation and certification of a Quality Management System (SGC) based on ISO 9001:2015. In order to carry out the information, it was necessary to make an initial diagnosis of the company against compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015; through interviews and direct observation, where the internal client of the company whose functions represent the execution of each of the processes that are carried out in Hielo Cristal de Colombia S.A.S. After this, the company's own needs were identified and visits were made to the general management of the company to initiate the documentary process of the Quality Management System; obtaining as a result the documentation of the most important processes, it is important to mention that by confidentiality of the information and at the request of management, some issues cannot be reflected in this degree work.
