Abstract

This work is about the opportunities offered by a fruit such as Mangosteen, because this fruit is chosen for export, the capacities that Colombia has to grow the product and the advances that the country has been having in terms of cultivation, in which departments of Colombia can be given and what are the appropriate conditions for the sowing of Mangosteen, in addition to this, the regulations and documents that are needed for the export of "Mangosteen" fruits abroad are disclosed, what are the routes and the why air transport is the most profitable for the exporter, in addition to specifying the appropriate packaging and packaging for handling the product so that it reaches its destination well. Our place of destination will also be announced in this case is Spain, the exporter will be provided with all the documents and regulations that are requested in Spain for the entry of the products, at which airport the merchandise will be unloaded and how the process will be for the nationalization, the trends of healthy eating that our destination country has will be shown and it will be specified why Spain was chosen to carry the product, it will be shown how the consumer is profiled, the age trends for the purchase and consumption of fruits and vegetables in Spain and the process that will be carried out for the entry of the product to this market and that it is possible to distribute it in different warehouses or gastronomy events to promote the product.
