| dc.description | El proyecto tiene como objetivo evaluar el sistema de fabricación de sanitarios One Piece Smart de la empresa Corona S.A.S en la planta de Madrid Cundinamarca, mediante la identificación, análisis y optimización de las actividades que generan desperdicios o no agregan valor en el proceso de producción, como los movimientos innecesarios, tiempos inadecuados, costos o material, en donde se evidencie todas aquellas mejoras que se pueden realizar tanto al proceso como a la salud y seguridad del operario, mediante herramientas de la filosofía Lean Manufacturing que permite identificar, controlar y rediseñar las actividades de producción buscando la mejora continua y la medición de métodos de trabajo que permite el análisis de causas y efectos del sistema actual. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The project aims to evaluate the manufacturing system of One Piece Smart toilets of the company Corona SAS in the Madrid Cundinamarca plant, by identifying, analyzing and optimizing activities that generate waste or do not add value in the production process, such as unnecessary movements, inadequate times, costs or material, where all the improvements that can be made both to the process and to the health and safety of the operator are evidenced, using tools from the Lean Manufacturing philosophy that allow to identify, control and redesign the production activities seeking continuous improvement and measurement of work methods that allow the analysis of causes and effects of the current system. | es_ES |
